Great location, within walking distance to everything; Friendly and attentive staff offering complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

Overall it was a really nice stay on our business trip. Stayed in new-fashioned deluxe queen room with a king bed. The hotel location was favourable in a nice area. And we were really close to Dallas, Very close to eateries, and restaurants and other attractions.

Hot breakfast with bacon, scrambled eggs plus biscuits and unbeatable location. Comfortable beds, brand-new rooms and clean bath.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The staff here were very attentive and knowledgeable, keeping the room clean with amenities like a couch and TV, as well as a microwave and fridge for convenience.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location is fantastic - close to several nice restaurants and a convenient store right beside it. It made it so easy for us to grab a quick bite or essentials whenever we needed them. Additionally, the staff here were incredibly courteous and attentive, providing us with whatever we needed, including shuttle rides to and from work. The basic amenities in the room were great, and I especially appreciated having two beds that were kept clean for our kids to sleep on. Lastly, the breakfast selection was impressive, with options like ham to start the day off right.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns that I had. Additionally, the rooms were kept very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

One downside of my experience was the noise level on the weekends, especially during the late hours when people were leaving a nearby bar or club. While it was not extreme, it did cause some disturbance for a few minutes.

Nicely updated hotel with average sized rooms and a private bathroom. Surprisingly good and nice hot breakfast with sausage and bacon, amicable staff.

The location here was great, just a stone's throw away from Park Avenue. The staff we met were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home 😊.

The king room we stayed in was top-notch; sparkling new with a big TV and even a walk-in closet. It was super convenient! 🌟 Nearby were loads of restaurants and fun activities, plus some happening clubs. Perfect for exploring the area without any hassle!

All in all everything was perfect, had a very nice stay because of the excellent service I receive. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, rooms spotless and new-fashioned. The location in a downtown area was favourable and unbeatable and there were a market and a convenience store nearby. Again, it was 1 mile from King Spa & Sauna. Good restaurant provided Mexican dishes.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection was amazing, with so many delicious options to choose from. I also really appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

My ac didn't really work and you would think with the heat in Dallas the ac would have been better.....also my tv didn't work

Staff was very friendly & helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable & the room very clean.

I made reservations online & called the day before to confirm. When I arrived...No reservations! Arg.. The girl was quick to get me a room & very polite. Not much view from any side of the hotel.

Clean and well-maintained property, spacious and comfortable rooms, helpful and courteous staff, delicious breakfast, convenient location.

Nothing that I didn't like.
